CSX Q15204 goes into emergency after hitting a dump truck at Kellogg Hill, NY

CSX St. Lawrence Subdivision November 4, 2013 Kellogg Hill, NY November 4 marked the first day of the reinstated 40 mph track speed between Adams Center and Antwerp, NY and unfortunately it didn't go well. Shortly after passing my location, Q152 struck a dump truck at the quarry that had failed to yield to the train, rupturing the fuel tank and resulting in a minor fire. Fortunately they hit the truck on the passenger side and the driver was able to climb out on his own and was out of the hospital the next day, the three person crew was uninjured.
