Revit Basics - Forcing someone to relinquish worksets in a model

I think everyone has been here before, you are hurrying to get something done in Revit and someone forgot to relinquish before leaving for the day. So what do you do now? Wait until they get back from vacation? That's not an option. Take some time and watch the video on two different ways to force relinquish.
