APH Chibitalia Italy X HRE Germany - When You're Gone

I love both the couples Italy/Germany and Chibitalia/Holy Roman Empire. Actually, I think that HRE could be the original Germany, who's returned to life and meets Italy. ^^ In this video, Italy's injured in a battle and while Germany assists him, Feliciano remembers the past moments with HRE and finally understands that the two are the same person.
