The Exposition of the Sacred Relics of St. Francis Xavier is a significant religious event held every ten years in Old Goa, India. His body was interred in Goa in 1553 and is renowned for its incorruptibility. The relics are preserved in a silver casket at the Basilica of Bom Jesus in Old Goa. The tradition of decennial expositions began in 1782 to address rumors concerning the authenticity of the relics.
