My review and comparison between my Walthers Proto SP SD9 and my Rapido SP SD7 in HO scale.
So this is my review and comparison of my two different brand SD class locomotives models from the GEN one Southern Pacific diesel of the early 50s, I can definitely say that both units are very close with each other detail wise, but there are some things that make each unit a problem in other people’s eyes, all in all I’m gonna choose the Walthers SD9 unit as a better bang for my buck with just almost as much functions to use as the Rapido SD7, with the SD9 being just a bit weaker, both power wise and detail part wise than the SD7.
