Step-by-Step Rudern - Rudertechnik für Anfänger mit dem Olympioniken Lars auf dem Rudergerät

By choosing to take up rowing, you've made the right decision. You'll be training over 85% of your muscles in a healthy, joint-friendly way. But the rowing motion takes practice. So join us and do a relaxed beginner's rowing workout with our multiple Olympian, Lars. Here, Lars will explain the basic stroke technique. This is how most professional rowers begin their training, gradually building up their full stroke. Lars explains step-by-step how a proper rowing stroke works. He starts with adjusting the footplate and then moves on to the correct grip. He'll show you the arm movement, then the upper body movement, and finally the leg movement. You can follow along with Lars' workout right at home on your rowing machine! At the end, he'll give you another exercise to improve your technique. It's best to watch the workout first and then try rowing with Lars. This workout might be all you need. If not, you can, of course, expand your training on your own after the exercise.
