BioShock Infinite takes the action to 1912, in the floating city of Columbia. Former detective Booker DeWitt is tasked with finding Elizabeth, a girl with mystical powers. In the process, he discovers that the city's ruler, Zachary Comstock, is an alternate version of himself from another reality. In the finale, Elizabeth eliminates the very possibility of Comstock's existence by drowning Booker at the moment of choosing his fate, thereby preventing Columbia from ever existing. BioShock Infinite: Burial at Sea - In Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth find themselves in Rapture on the eve of its fall. Elizabeth searches for a girl named Sally, but discovers that Booker is Comstock from another reality. She takes revenge on him and simply watches as he is killed. Later, having lost her powers, Elizabeth aids Atlas, but realizes that her actions are leading to Rapture's fall.
