Mini Fruit Tartlets with Custard cream- bake with me 🎀
Ingredients for the tartlets: ❤︎ butter 100 g ❤︎ powdered sugar 50 g ❤︎ flour 170-180 g ❤︎ baking powder 1/2 tsp. ❤︎ a pinch of salt ❤︎ 1 egg Bake at 220C or 428F for 10-15 minutes Ingredients for the custard: ❤︎ 300ml milk ❤︎ 1 tsp vanilla essence ❤︎ 3 egg yolks ❤︎ 50g sugar ❤︎ 16g cake flour TIPS: ❤︎ Do not let the custard boil otherwise it can burn fast ❤︎ Keep the heat low for the custard as it can cook the eggs too fast and scramble ❤︎ Allow your custard to cool completely before assembling ❤︎ Don't eat them all in one go! ❤︎ Plan this for your next 4th of July dinner!
