Ep. 4: Trophy Grouper on Yo-Zuri Jerkbait! Massive Cabrilla | Bahia de los Angeles!

Driving down to Bahía de Los Ángeles has been a bucket list fishing trip of mine for a long long time! A beautiful road trip to a small fishing village, seeing the culture first hand, and eating amazing local food! Everything that comes with the journey there is such an incredible experience! The fishing, is just a bonus! Such a fun day of fishing with Captain Nego with Joel Jr Sportfishing for Cabrilla and Yellowtail! Ended up running into a handful of decent stops for yellowtail fishing on surface irons and stickbaits! Broke my PB yellowtail for the first fish of the day, and continued hooking quality grade yellowtail for the rest of the boat! After yellowtail fishing, we moved on to Cabrilla fishing, where Joe stuck a MONSTER 24lb Trophy Leopard Grouper / Cabrilla! Cabrilla fishing continued with a few good flurries, and we finished off the day with a swim on our own private beach, and ate some FRESH yellowtail sashimi! Super fun day!
