Ghanaians seek ICC probe into attacks on foreign nationals in South Africa
Two Ghanaian citizens have petitioned the International Criminal Court to investigate attacks against foreign nationals in South Africa, arguing the violence could amount to crimes against humanity. South Africa rejected the move, saying its legal system can address the issue.
