Ise, Shima, Toba, and Nachi Trip - Day 1 (Accommodation Review) I chose the Kamenoi Hotel Nachikatsuura, located close to Daimonzaka and boasting delicious seafood. Since I had an early check-out the next day, I chose a deluxe Japanese-Western room with an open-air bath. Although it wasn't a guest room, I wanted a great ocean view, so I chose a deluxe Japanese-Western room on the upper floors. This was a great choice. The travel agency's reviews weren't very good, so I honestly didn't have high expectations. (Sorry.) Starting with my first experience of raw tuna, all-you-can-eat crab, Kumano beef cotton candy sukiyaki, and other delicious dishes featuring Kumano ingredients, I was amazed at how much I could get for that price. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather featured dishes made with local ingredients, showcasing the skill of the chef. The service was also excellent and the food was delicious. ② Areas for improvement The rooms are not barrier-free and there are several steps, so elderly guests should be careful. The room interior design gets a zero. It's too tacky. The hospitality was average considering the cost, right? ③ There are many areas for improvement, but for this price, with such great food and ocean views, I think this is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at.
