Historical Marker Dedication Honoring Townsend Cook 6-7-2026

he Carroll County Coalition of the Maryland Lynching Memorial Project held a ceremony and installed an Equal Justice Initiative (EJI) historical marker honoring Townsend Cook on June 7, 2026.
