Triathlon Training Camp in Kienbaum Germany 2024

It's that time of the year again. I organised a training camp for TuS Neukölln Berlin in Kienbaum, Germany. The 2024 edition has improved from the experience I gained last year. It is a swimming focused camp, but did video analysis on both swimming and running. We've progressed the flexibility session to a mobility session this year.
