[ENGLISH VERSION BELOW] Sirova torta od kokosa i višnje 🍒🥥 Osvježavajući, kremasti desert bez pečenja, idealan za proljetne dane. Kombinacija kokosa i višanja pruža lagan, ali bogat okus, a priprema je jednostavna. Sastojci Podloga 120 g zobenih pahuljica 100 g blanširanih badema 2 žlice kakao praha 250 g datulja Premaz 200 g džema od višanja s minimalno 70% voća Krema 180 g indijskih oraščića namočenih 3-4 sata 1 konzerva kokosovog mlijeka samo čvrsti dio 35 g kakao maslaca otopljenog 3 žlice meda ili javorovog sirupa za vegansku verziju 100 g kokosovih mrvica Priprema: 1. Podloga: Natopite datulje 10 minuta u vrućoj vodi pa ih ocijedite. U sjeckalici usitnite zobene pahuljice i bademe do fine teksture. Dodajte kakao prah i datulje te miksajte dok ne dobijete ljepljivu smjesu. Utisnite je u kalup promjera 18-20 cm i stavite u hladnjak. 2. Premaz od višanja: Premažite podlogu slojem džema od višanja i vratite u hladnjak dok pripremate kremu. 3. Krema od kokosa: Ocijedite indijske oraščiće i stavite ih u blender. Dodajte čvrsti dio kokosovog mlijeka, otopljeni kakao maslac, med ili javorov sirup te kokosove mrvice. Miksajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremu. Po potrebi dodajte malo kokosovog mlijeka ako je smjesa pregusta. 4. Slaganje torte: Kremu prelijte preko sloja džema i ravnomjerno rasporedite. Tortu stavite u zamrzivač na najmanje 4 sata, a prije posluživanja premjestite je u hladnjak na 30 minuta. 5. Posluživanje: Tortu možete ukrasiti svježim višnjama, kokosom ili otopljenom tamnom čokoladom. Ingredients Base • 120 g rolled oats • 100 g blanched almonds • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 250 g dates Cherry Layer • 200 g sour cherry jam (at least 70% fruit) Coconut Cream • 180 g cashews (soaked for 3-4 hours) • 1 can of coconut milk (only the solid part) • 35 g melted cocoa butter • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for a vegan version) • 100 g shredded coconut Instructions 1. Base: Soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain them. In a food processor, blend the oats and almonds until finely ground.
