Advanced Roundnet (Spikeball) Hitting with a World Champion

FRESH ´23 Training Camp by Spikeball World Champion Fredric Hinkle in the sport of roundnet. Today´s lesson is advanced hitting, assisted by Jakub Popluhar. Hitting in roundnet is one of the six main elements of the game. However, we would like to point out this is a clinic for mostly advanced/pro players. FRESH, an abbreviation for Future Roundnet European SpikeHouse is an annual meet up of the best European and, newly, world's best players on a picturesque island of Mallorca, Spain. In 2023, FRESH introduced it's first official training camp and had a star-studded coaches from the entire world.
