coulou's cafe trumpet meditations (no. 10)

hello lovely people, hope you're all having a beautiful week. we are on meditation number 10 :) thanks for sticking with me still, im learning so much about music, recording, space, meditation, and myself through this process and i really am so happy to have you all along with me on this journey. i think this might be my favorite meditation so far... i really turned off my mind completely for a good ten minutes during this and fell into a deeply subconscious and peaceful state. i felt more refreshed and relaxed after this meditation than i have after a full good nights sleep. it almost is like seeing myself make music in my dreams because i have nearly no recollection of playing all these notes. music is just the coolest thing, this world can be so overwhelming and i just hope you can find some sense of peace during these 20 or so minutes. (also i finally figured out how to get rid of the mid roll ads so the meditations should play all the way through without interruptions) im back in brooklyn and it feels great playing and making music in my studio space again. i finisheddddd mixing my album two days ago, im so beyond excited to share this project. its feel like i've been trying to paint a self portrait my whole life to truly see myself, and this album is the first time ive felt that feeling. its such a deeply connected experience and im just really grateful it exists and ill be able to share it with you all so soon i really love hearing from all of you about your experiences with the meditations, feels like this beautiful community just continues to blossom. thank you all for this.
