Building on a repaired 'Torn Pec'
Once your ortho doc clears you for strengthening, here is one way to get that bench working again. It is baby steps. But it works. While you hold back with one side of your body, over the weeks you build the other side. When it catches up, add to both sides equally. Some say, "Its not balanced!" And I say, "the athlete ruptured a pec, he isnt balanced either!" Torn/ruptured pecs are an epidemic now among athletes. The best way to fix a torn pec is NOT to tear it in first place. Be smart, prepare before you dare! SuperD
