KONYA HALK KÜTÜPHANESİ-ÖMER SELÇUK BAZ-ŞANTİYE GEZİSİ

In this video, together with the esteemed architect Ömer Selçuk Baz, we tour the ongoing construction site of the Konya Public Library and examine the project's architectural approach on-site. Throughout the site, we conduct detailed assessments of the building's mass organization, load-bearing system design, structural solutions, spatial continuity, circulation scheme, facade design, natural lighting strategies, atrium usage, public space design, and functional distribution. We also closely examine the construction techniques used in the construction process, application details, material selections, the relationship between the static system and architectural design, and engineering solutions encountered in large-scale public buildings.
