It’s an uplifting morning harvest and garden maintenance video today. We harvest beets, garlic, and carrots. we find a few pleasant and not so pleasant surprises. We moved 2246 miles across the country from Oregon to this beautiful slice of heaven on earth in north central Arkansas. We have been here three years now and the building/clean up continues. It’s hard work but so rewarding. More and more of our plate is becoming home grown. We have gardens and animals and we love to fish, can, cook, and bake.
