I Had No Motivation… So I Started Recording My Day (cosy reset & mental health) 💕✨

Today I had no motivation at all… but I knew if I pressed record, I might actually get things done 🤍 So that’s what I did. In this video I’m having a cosy reset day where I do some simple things like making my bed, going on a walk by myself (which was a big step for me), doing some meditation, and just trying to feel a bit more like myself again. This isn’t a perfect productive day — it’s real, slow, and honest. But recording it genuinely helped me do things I wouldn’t normally do.
