Ricardo Paes Mamede is a Professor of Political Economy at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, where he is Pro-Rector for the Development of Academic Collaboration with East Asia. He graduated in Economics from the Higher Institute of Economics and Management in 1996, and from the same institution, he obtained a Master's degree in Economics and Management of Science and Technology in 1999.
