I am always taking new clients. Here is a partial list of what I will be asking for from new clients and a link to an IRS approved (Schedule C) list of Expenses: Basic Address info: name, mailing address, drivers license pic SSN Filing status: S, HOH, MFJ, MFS, All W2's 1099-NEC, MISC, DIV, INT, K-1, 1099-B What type of work you do. This Determines the specific expenses for Deductions I'll be looking for. Cell phone costs, make sure you get a home phone number as discussed in an earlier video. Home office: Sq Ft of house and Home Office Utility bills https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040... Listed property for depreciation: Cars, equipment, trailors, etc. supplies If you need to send a large amount of copies of paper Bank Statements or Receipts, the easiest way is to just mail them to me via USPS or get them scanned-to-email via Office Depot, UPS Office or FedEx Office. I can also send you a link for you to upload to me if you want as well. Of course I will be contacting you when I have questions or ideas concerning deductions.
