Am I addicted to diet injections? 💉 I've asked myself this question more than once. After over two years with Mounjaro and a 47-kilo weight loss, I'm still injecting – albeit at much longer intervals now. But why? Am I not ready to stop yet? Am I afraid of gaining the weight back? Afraid of losing control? Or does Mounjaro simply give me a sense of security that I'm not ready to let go of? In this video, I speak openly about what's going on in my head. About food noise, the fear of old patterns, and the fact that thoughts about food are back for me too. The big difference compared to before: Today, I recognize these thoughts and have learned to stop myself. But is that enough to continue without Mounjaro altogether? I don't want to sugarcoat this question or come up with some kind of answer for myself. Because where exactly is the line between "A medication helps me" and "I feel like I can't go on without this security"?
