Here's one of my favorite recipes: #pinkysdesserts *Sponge Cake or Genoise Sponge 3 eggs 3/4 cup sugar 150g all-purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup fresh milk 1/2 tsp vanilla extract *Passion Fruit Mousse 3/4 tsp powdered gelatin (unflavored gelatin) + 1/4 cup water 1 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 cup passion fruit juice 1 cup heavy cream or whipped cream (whipped to stiff peaks) *Passion Fruit Chantilly Cream 1 1/2 cups whipped cream 1/2 cup passion fruit jelly Sugar to taste *Chocolate for decoration You can use 100g melted dark chocolate.
