Regina finds the clue that leads her to the POD, Unknown and the briefcase. She figures out that once the briefcase is activated, Melvin will have access to control all devices in Las Vegas. Hopefully she can stop Project Zorgo and their evil plans! The Spy Ninjas decide to take vengeance on PZ9, Melvin, for taking their safe house and selling their most precious possessions! Chad, Vy, and Daniel storm into the warehouse to find that Agent Peters is trying to take over the warehouse for himself! The Spy Ninjas confront Peters and learn he doesn't actually own the building yet. He needs to find the deed still, which is lost! The Spy Ninjas enter a race with peters to find the deed to figure out who will own the warehouse. This warehouse will be the new Spy Ninjas Headquarters! The Safe House has been taken over by PZ9 and his hackers! Now The Spy Ninjas won the warehouse from Agent Peters and they want to convert the warehouse into the new Spy Ninja Training Center! But the Spy Ninjas can't agree on what the first floor should be. Chad wants to make the warehouse into a trampoline park, Daniel wants to make it into a Gizmo lab full of gadgets and gizmos, Vy wants to make a playground, Alie wants to make a rock climbing wall and Agent Peters refuses to give them the keys to the building. To make things fair and square, Vy invites the Spy Ninjas, Alie and Agent Peters to play the world's largest boardgame in real life to compete for the right to decide what to make the warehouse into and to get the keys from Peters. They compete in challenges and suffer punishments like water balloon fights, huge hamster ball wars, prank calls and more. Who do you think will win?
