Kamado Joe Classic II | Baby Back Ribs with the SlōRoller

Today I’m firing up the Kamado Joe Classic II and putting the SlōRoller attachment to work on a rack of baby back ribs. The SlōRoller is designed to create even smoke circulation and maintain consistent low-and-slow temperatures, making it perfect for ribs. For this cook, I seasoned the ribs with my favorite BBQ rub, stabilized the grill around 250°F, and smoked them low and slow using the 3-2-1 method. The result was tender, juicy ribs with beautiful bark and plenty of smoky flavor.
