In this video, I step onto the mat to train and wrestle with two absolute legends in the world of combat sports. My dad, Norbert Növényi Sr., is an Olympic gold medalist in Greco-Roman wrestling, a World and European Champion in kickboxing (WAKO ruleset), and a World Champion in both MMA and grappling. Joining us is Sándor Bárdosi, another wrestling icon with an Olympic silver medal in Greco-Roman wrestling, World and European bronze in the same discipline, and a World bronze and European gold in Sumo.
