How To Fix Issue Of Cash In Drawer Not Matching Till End Of Day Report | Cash Register Tutorial

In this video we take a long overview look at what to do if your till appears to be adding up incorrectly. In the video we use the Sharp XE-A207 model, but you can use the general advice given for any cash register not adding up correctly. The till not adding up correctly is one of the most common calls till engineers receive. When we are first investigating this issue we will advise the caller to run consecutive resetting Z1 reports to check that the till is back to zero. Once this is done you can put through some test sales (keep the receipts) then run two more Z1 reports - this should prove that the till is adding up correctly and will also put it back to zero.
