Yamaha 80hp Jet Outboard in Action!!! (my fishing jet)

Now this Yamaha 80hp Jet Outboard will get you into the skinniest water for fishing! In this video, check out my Yamaha 80hp Jet Outboard in action, paired with my G3 18CCJ forward console jet boat that I use for shallow water fishing. I've had some issues with this setup over time, but overall I'm really happy with it—it powers through super shallow spots where props would never make it! One detail I didn't cover in the video: I hit around 32-33 MPH with just one person aboard. I've caught some awesome fish in this rig too. Taking a jet boat into very skinny water creeks and shallows is an absolute blast! Hoping to grab another jet boat someday to keep exploring my local skinny water spots.
