Dante and Lulu 2-26-2010 Scenes

***misplaced order of scenes*** sorry guys,accidentally switched up scenes in the wrong orders.Had to double convert to get em up as quickly as possible. Dante and Lulu take a seat in court, as the lawyers bicker about Dante. Sonny sneaking glances at Dante. Claire says Dante is the one person who can put Sonny where he belongs.The lawyers are still bickering while Dante and Lulu watch. Claire wants to call Dante to the stand. The judge gives her the go ahead to do so.Dante takes the stand. He does the whole hand on the bible I swear to tell the truth thing. Diane and Alexis are bickering. Claire asks Dante to state his name. She starts right in on the questions. Diane adds a couple of things, like he doesnt work for the PCPD. Claire asks why he was in the hospital. He says he was shot. She asks where he was when he was shot. Diane and Alexis both object.Alexis and Diane are objecting to Claires question. The judge doesnt get why it applies to Sonnys bail hearing, Claire says it does. The judge allows her to continue. She talks about the statement he gave in the hospital. She implies that he was drugged up when he gave it. He says he knew what he was saying. She reminds him that he is under oath. She asks him again who shot him. Sonny looks at him.Alexis and Diane say that Dante already gave his statement. Claire says shes asking for clarification. The judge tells Dante to answer the question. He asks her to repeat the question. She does. He reaffirms his story that he shot himself.Claire says he has a lot of experience with fire arms. So how did he end up shooting himself? Alexis and Diane object. The judge tells Claire to wrap it up. Claire says she has no further questions for Dante and he steps down. The judge calls a recess to review. Everyone stands. Sonny looks at Dante and Lulu.They all sit down. Sonny comes over to Lulu and Dante and holds his hand out. Dante stands up to be at eye-level with him. Dante says if Sonny goes to prison it will be for murdering Claudia, not for Dante botching his case. Sonny says Goodbye, son and walks away. The judge comes back and they all stand again. The judge explains what will happen if bail is revoked. He says hes come to a decision.
