How to Tripod R154 swap a Lexus Sc300 in less than 10 minutes

Finally got around to making a youtube channel just for fun. Here's the final draft of my entire swap bolt for bolt! It's a bit fast but I always wanted to make a video concise and straight to the point with no dead time in between. This took my friend and I roughly 8 to 9 hours to edit. Feel free to slow it down for reference if you do this swap yourself or leave any questions below. Also listed the entire order of operations done in the 1 day of my swap (7am - 1am) 5/29/2020. Roughly 18 straight hours. 1. Install clutch master cylinder 2. Install clutch pedal assembly 3. Remove Interior 4. Remove exhaust 5. Remove driveshaft 6. Pull a340 7. Replace rear main seal 8. Install pilot bearing (moly grease) 9. Cut center console chassis (approx. 6.5 inches from top edge of hole) 10. Put park selector switch to very left 11. Mount flywheel (red loctite) 45 to 75 ft lbs 12. Marlin crawler vss direct plug in 13. Solder and connect reverse light 14. Jump neutral safety switch 15. Mount pressure plate bolts - crank clockwise only (blue loctite) 14 ft lbs 16. Mount bellhousing bolts @ 40 ft lbs (antiseize) 17. Install W58 trans support 4 14mm bolts @ 19 ft lbs 18. Connect trans brace to trans support 4 14mm bolts @ 19 ft lbs 4 12mm nuts @ 10 ft lbs 19. Mount diff adapter (red loctite) 20. Connect driveshaft to trans spline end (moly grease) 21. Connect driveshaft to adapter (antiseize) 22. Install slave cylinder 23. Install clutch fork (moly grease) 24. Install inspection plates @ 9 ft lbs 25. Connect clutch hose nuts @ 9 ft lbs 26. Fill trans fluid and clutch fluid 27. Bleed clutch 28.
