आज का दिन मथुरा-वृंदावन के लिए बेहद खास रहा है | आज यहां मथुरा-वृंदावन के विश्व प्रसिद्ध ठाकुर श्री बांके बिहारी मंदिर में 54 साल बाद एक बंद खजाना खोला गया, जिसमें 1971 के बाद से पहली बार प्रवेश किया जा रहा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर गठित एक हाई पावर कमेटी की निगरानी में यह प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है| इस खजाने को लेकर भक्तों में जबरदस्त उत्सुकता देखने को मिल रही है क्योंकि यह तहखाना 1971 के बाद कभी नहीं खोला गया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश पर गठित हाई पावर कमेटी की निगरानी में यह प्रक्रिया दिन में करीब 1 बजे शुरू हुई. ऐसा बताया जा रहा है कि तोष खाना (तहखाने) में सोना, चांदी, हीरे-रत्न और अन्य बहुमूल्य वस्तुएं रखी हो सकती हैं. इस दौरान वीडियोग्राफी भी कराई गई और हर वस्तु का रिकॉर्ड बना गया|आज जब 54 साल बाद इसका ताला टूटा, तो पूरा वृंदावन हरि भक्ति में डूब गया। Today was a very special day for Mathura-Vrindavan.
