Lady Dimitrescu also known as Alcina Dimitrescu is one of the hierarchs or lords that appear in the game Resident Evil Village or the eighth installment of the Resident Evil saga. Alcina Dimitrescu is a powerful vampire woman since she must consume the blood and flesh of other human beings in order to survive, Dimitrescu functions as one of the main antagonists in the story of the game and it is revealed to us that she was the descendant of Cesare Dimitrescu or the patriarch of this family who founded the village many years ago where the powerful and grotesque megamycete originated which helped Mother Miranda or Mother Miranda to become a powerful monster with incredible biological abilities. Alcina Dimitrescu is told that she was born shortly before the great war in a different place than the village in Europe, eventually she moved to the iconic village that had been founded by one of her ancestors and it is here that she was infected by the mold or mutamyceta by Mother Miranda, later because she was a noblewoman, Mother Miranda decided to infect her with the cadou parasite which gave Alcina some incredible abilities, most notably regenerative abilities, this is what made her grow greatly in size and stature, reaching just under 3 meters tall, in addition the parasite gave her the ability to grow her fingernails at will to transform them into powerful and sharp claws that she could use to defend herself.
