Hanwha Ocean released a 2-minute and 49-second video titled "Thank You to Everyone Who Supported the Canadian Submarine Project" on its YouTube channel. The video includes footage and subtitles covering the process of securing the Canadian submarine project, the failure to win the contract, and future resolutions. It describes the bidding process with statements such as, "A dream and challenge heading toward the ocean, aided by the full support of the government and numerous related agencies," and "We poured everything we had into it with the mindset of moving the heavens." Furthermore, declaring, "We will start anew," the company pledged, "We will engrave this bitter lesson in our hearts, find a more solid alternative, and surely find a way for K-maritime defense to be chosen in the world's oceans." The video was also produced and released in an English version.
