Place popcorn in pan and set aside. Melt butter with sugar and Corn Syrup in a medium saucepan. Add in Jello mix. Bring to a low boil over medium-low heat stirring occasionally. Once boiling, continue to boil for 3-4 minutes, continue to stir. If using a candy thermometer, you're going for the soft ball stage, 240 degrees. Pour syrup over pop corn and toss to coat. Spread out in pan and bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. ENJOY
