Chicken fajita wrap Approx( 6 -7 wrap ) 150 gms Bonelss Chicken( thinly sliced ) 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tbsp cooking oil Half onion ( thinly sliced ) Half bell peppers( Red , green , yellow ) 1 tsp Red chilli flakes Half tsp Nigella seeds ( kalonji) Chilli garlic sauce Frech fries Tortilla wrap / Rumali roti Moong Daal Vada 2 cups Green moong daal ( soaked for 3 hrs ) Half tsp baking soda Salt as per taste 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tap crushed grewn chilli 1 tsp cumin seeds ( Zeera) 1 tsp fennel seeds ( Saunf ) 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves 2 chopped Onions 1 bowl cornflour -Soak moong daal for 3 hrs -Add salt in daal and 2 tbsp of water and grind it . -Not too mushy . -Then add all the ingredients and keep aside for 5 mins . Add cornflour if u think the batter has liquid consistency . Fry on low flame till brown and crisp . Daal Samosa Makes 15-17 samosas 400 gms fried moong daal 1 chopped onion 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves 15-20 chopped mint leaves 1 tsp Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp asaefotida( hing ) Samosa sheets Mix all the ingredients in moong daal . Fill in the samosa sheets and fry till crisp seal it nicely . There is no need to add salt as it is already salt . U can also make and freeze them for further use .
