Abstract : The project about developing canals (khlong San) in Bangkok to study how to develop of Khlongsan area, which is influenced by the distribution of the city such as Sathorn – Bangrak. This affects the area that has more residency and is commercial. In addition, Development in the future will have projects including Icon Siam, Restoration of water, LRT Golden Line, MRT Purple Line all of this projects are interesting for research. Because of the existing area of Khlong Tonsai, is mass communities, but now there is high congestion and access to areas is difficult due to the rise of buildings and the population. Obviously, it is different from neighboring areas with development plans. The lack of green space in the public area of the district has made it necessary to study and design the development of Khlong san area. Design of the land development plan has been taken into consideration. The trend of changing colors of land use from the past to the future. In the future, there will be an opportunity to design a connection between the people of all ages with the public area of the district and the commercial area of leather Utilize land and buildings to its fullest potential.
