The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has been on the market for 25 years now. This means that it is not a classic car yet, but a "young classic" it is well on its way there. The Sprinter has become the father of an entire class of vehicles. A kind of model for the transport of loads of all kinds. Everyone knows it. And this generation alone was built an impressive 1.3 million times by 2006. Why is it so successful? The Sprinter hit the nerve of the time in 1995.
