God of animals - Hiroyuki Sawano vs. Maroon 5

Dear Maroon 5, Stalking is Never Sexy. That's the name of an article I read once about the song, or more specifically, the video for the song, Animals by Maroon 5. It talks about how the song glorifies being a stalker and how the person is incredibly disturbed by it. It's a fun read. I'm not really sure how it really glorifies being a stalker, though. The song is bruiting and in a minor key, and it's using more of a "wild animal" stalking metaphor instead of a literal human stalker metaphor. And really, how can you be offended at this hilariously stupid and bad song? Adam Levine howls near the end of it, it's really funny. "People shouldn't be nervous about being alone, or waiting at the bus stop, or grabbing their mobile phones in their cars for fear of being ambushed just like animals. Like animals."
