RODE NT1 5th Gen Issues/ Problems || Low Volume, Audio Glitches, Buzzing

My specific mics' issues 1. Really low volume on both XLR and USB-C on normal settings 2. Glitches in and out when shaked on all axis 3. Weird hummin/ buzzing sound on USB-C version of the microphone Settings on both inputs when recorded are set to standard/ normal and have not added any post processing. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DISCLAIMER: This videos' sole purpose is to only inform and help out others in the same situation as I find myself in, this is in no any way to discredit RODE and their products, as well as to discourage you to purchase this product off the company. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Firstly, I already sent my previous microphone out to them for repair. I was hoping to get updates with regards to my microphone's progress and statements as to what the issues were, but didn't receive any. Second, I also wasn't updated on the fact that my mic is beyond fixing and has resorted to be replaced with a different variant. Lastly, at this point I'm not sure if it's the microphone anymore, I wouldn't know if they also tested this microphone before sending it to me (or maybe I'm just really unlucky with the specific product models I'm receiving) but it's still basically the same audio issues. Audio still very low, and is still very glitchy on and off when shaked. I'm not entirely informed about the entire process of my microphone's repair/ replacement and I am unhappy. Forgive me for the bad response, but I am just disappointed.
