As a long time practitioner of Buddhist meditation (Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village Tradition), Stu is passionate about sharing music as a daily practice for health & well being. His playful, inspiring, and holistic teaching method "Ukulele Zen” make his workshops a not-to-be missed experience.
