Preparing For Winter Off Grid: A Simple Wood Stove Installation

I installed the wood stove in our off grid cabin which will be our primary heat source. We have started sleeping in the main cabin. Our bedroom is done, and with the stove installed it gives us a nice comfortable finished room. I’ve also started going with the tongue and groove in the rest of the cabin. Won’t be too long and we are ready for appliances.
