Fender 6G6B Blond Bassman : Amp Tech Restoration (2026)
Sorry to all viewers that I didn’t make time for a proper play-through on this masterpiece amplifier. Next time perhaps! Secondary apology for the audio ducking, as I am still getting used to this new iPad. I am thinking the power transformer was possibly a leftover from the Tweed era perhaps, as it seems it produced proper voltages closer to 110VAC on the primary…but I could be mistaken. Previously serviced in 1996 by Jon Bessent of Musical Exchange in Austin, Texas.
