PROFESSIONAL CROSSFITTER ATTEMPTS IRONMAN - James Newbury
This is the back story on James Newbury's interesting lead up to Busselton's full distance Ironman 5 weeks after being diagnosed with broken bones in his back. He broke two spinal processes and fractured two ribs, plus punctured a lung. This documentary explores how it effected him mentally and how he tries to make it to the start line within 5 weeks. James averaged 6-7 hours of dedicated triathlon training per week, on top of his CrossFit training routine. This has built a good base for the upcoming season. On top of all this, James made the transition to fully plant based a few weeks before the accident. Supplements: https://phyba.com.au Ironman Training ebook: https://www.jamesnewburyathlete.com
