Seattle Walk in Rain at Night in Downtown

Walking around the core retail area of Downtown Seattle at night during a flood watch where the video begins with heavy rain then clears up. Taken in November 2021 Didn't intend this upload to be shorter than usual but I missed the first 15 minutes of heavy rain. And there a few instances in the video where I swapped the audio to avoid copyrighted music playing and loud sirens.
