Vlog 024 🇵🇭 | The real El Nido – between trash, music & magic 🎤 In this vlog, I'll take you to the real El Nido, as hardly anyone else shows it. 🌴 Not the dream beaches, resorts, and tourist spots – but the real life of the locals behind the scenes. I'll start at the very edge of El Nido, where people live right on the cliffs – in simple houses, some built like tree houses. Here, you can hear roosters crowing, children laughing, and karaoke from the neighboring houses. 🐓🎶 Among the trash, narrow alleys, and the smell of street food, you'll see what most people never see: real Filipino life in all its facets. Of course, I'm not just an observer: I sit down, drink a beer with the people, eat with them, and sing karaoke myself – this time "99 Luftballons" by Nena 🎤😂 An afternoon that ends in laughter, music, and many empty beer bottles. 🍻 In between, as always, there's real talk, genuine conversations, and an honest look at the contrast between the poorest neighborhoods and the touristy streets of El Nido.
