Full Basic Photography Course using Kodak Retina IIIC Vintage Camera!

With the rising popularity of 35mm film, this basic introduction to photographic principles uses my vintage Kodak 35mm camera to teach how to load film, set up ISO and read the light-meter, adjust aperature and shutter speed, use the range-finder to focus, and select settings based on the type of photograph you want to take! Since this is NOT a through-the-lens camera, the viewfinder has boxes showing you what the 35mm, 50mm and 80mm lenses would frame if you change the lens, and the range-finder to help you focus. Some photos and graphics overlaid on the video are not my own but samples from the web from excellent photography tutorials online discussing depth-of-field, shutter speed, panning, etc. I hope this video helps explain some of the features of this popular vintage camera and helps introduce and clarify basic photography principles of shooting "manual".
