Fate of The Hornbill "NIMANG ENSERA" The name “Nimang Ensera” comes from Iban slang, meaning ancient Iban poetry—similar to “Pantun Seloka” in Malay culture. Founded in 2010 by a group of passionate young musicians, the band set out to promote their rich ethnic heritage by infusing the sounds of Borneo into their music. Nimang Ensera Tribal Metal and Death Metal from Miri, Sarawak. Began performing at local gigs, becoming a staple in the Miri underground scene. After a hiatus in 2013, they returned stronger than ever in 2018, gracing stages across Sarawak and even Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur. Their comeback solidified their reputation as one of Borneo’s most iconic tribal metal bands.
