Our goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone. At the heart of The Special Yoga Centre is the work we do through our yoga therapy programmes - supporting children, young adults and families living with special needs. But as well as teaching children with physical and development conditions we have something to satisfy everybody interested in the beneficial practice of yoga. Our classes will help you find your highest potential - physically, spiritually and emotionally -- whatever your ability or range of movement. We are a centre of excellence for children's yoga teacher training and run courses specifically tailored for working with children with special needs. We also run teacher training courses, beginner's courses, inspiring weekend workshops and offer a wide range of treatments from massage and acupuncture to reflexology and ayurvedic.
