So yeah, I'm not ashamed to admit that I ship the evil Illuminati Dorito with Dipper. Only I don't really see their relationship as that fluffy. Bill's kind of a psychopath, so I see any relationship they would have as being kind of uncontrollable chaos. Even if Bill did have his "cute" moments, he's still freaking Bill.
